These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Central Extrusions Ltd, Unit 7, Charlton Drive, Cradley Heath, West Midlands. B64 7BJ (“we” and “us”) to the customer named on the order form provided on the Central Extrusions website (“you”). Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on our website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Price & Payment

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order, plus any charges for carriage and VAT as set out in the order form. We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for carriage and VAT, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.


All 10 metre length orders will be posted by Royal Mail. Orders will be sent 1st class.

All other orders that total £150 or more net (not including VAT) will receive free delivery. If you order by 12pm and your goods are in stock, we will dispatch your order for next working day delivery (Subject to Courier terms and conditions). Please note, if you’re order doesn’t reach the £150 total, you will be charged £16 delivery (+ VAT).

We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered the next day and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.


While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.


If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will (subject to clause 4) either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items from Central Extrusions within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. We can only accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an “as new” condition.


You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your invoice. To be eligible for a return, we ask you contact us by prior arrangement; via email, telephone or in writing, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the goods are defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
