How to Fit a Wedge Gasket

First and foremost, you’ll need to measure the gap where the seal will be fitted before ordering your product to make sure it fits your glazing system. Fitting a wedge gasket is fairly simple and doesn’t require any professional experience, you just need to push the tapered rubber strip into the gap between the glass pane and window frame. Make sure not to stretch the seal as you’re pulling it along.

Lead Times

Lead times are 2-3 days if you order one of our stocked products. If you’re looking for a bespoke wedge seal, lead times will be 5-7 days and white gaskets are also available on demand with a 3-4 day turnaround.
